Benefits of LEMON WATER

I've been drinking hot lemon water for about 4 months now. I'll be honest and tell you that I try to drink it every morning but some weeks I'm better at it than others. I did some research and learned that drinking hot lemon water in the morning is really good for us and for our bodies.

Benefits :

- warm lemon water serves as the perfect ‘good morning drink’, as it helps the digestive system and makes the process of eliminating the waste products from the body easier

- lemons are a rich source of nutrients like calcium, potassium, vitamin C

- balances the pH levels in our body

- helps reducing pain & inflammation in the joints

- helps against wrinkles & acne

- helps cure the common cold

- can help maintain a healthy weight

Please be aware that lemons are very acidic so it could cause tooth erosion which means that the thin protective layer of enamel wears away. Try and use a toothpaste that helps prevent that such as pro enamel or sensodyne.
