OATMEAL for the win!

Did you know that oatmeal is among the healthiest grains on earth? Oatmeal is an amazing source of vitamins, minerals, fiber & antioxidants. It contains a fiber called Beta - Glucan which helps in reducing cholesterol,reduces blood sugar and increases the growth of good bacteria in the digestive tract. Oats also contain many powerful antioxidants, including avenanthramides. These compounds may help reduce blood pressure.
I usually have oatmeal every other day for breakfast and I top it with whatever fruit I have. It really fills me up and its so delicious. I discovered the Qi'a brand and would totally recommend it. Especially the creamy coconut :)
